Just An Ordinary Girl (Peep The Hannah Montana Reference)

Though it has become a significant part of my life, photography wasn't always something that occupied my weekends.

When I'm not breaking out the hardest pilates poses to capture your memories, you can usually find me nose deep in a book.

I have ALWAYS loved reading and writing. (I'm a teacher's kid. Of courseeee buying more books than I can read is my vice.)

Growing up, I was either indulging in a Geronimo Stilton novel or creating my own silly stories on the family laptop. Now I read, on average, 30 books a year and one of my dream side quests is to become a booktuber. (Subscribe to my channel and maybe I'll actually post!)

My favorite genre is romance, which is likely news to no one, and I think that just goes hand in hand with my passion for capturing your love stories.

My brain is usually never firing off on all cylinders so my default mode is perfectly represented by the meme located to the left.

Aside from striving to become a professional picture taker / beloved bookish influencer, I'm also OBSESSED with learning which obviously means I'm currently pursuing my master's degree.

Raise your hand if you're not shocked! 🙋🏾‍♀️

I work in marketing full-time so it only made sense to earn my degree in Management with a concentration in Social Media Strategy. I can truly see the light at the end of the tunnel and am counting down every single day until Dec. 2026.

The Men Of The House

There are two very important men in my life that I absolutely have to mention. (Okay so one of them is actually a feline but I digress!)

I met my boyfriend in 2022 and my cat in 2026, shortly after the New Year. They are, as the title indicates, the men of the house...or so they think.

They truly keep life interesting and they both play a BIG part in my business. Well, Sonny, our orange cuddle bug, THINKS he's helping but in reality, he slows down my editing process by at LEAST fifteen minutes per gallery.

My boyfriend, on the other hand, truly is a gift sent from God! Aside from always cheering me on, he plays a huge role in my business when it comes to getting content and offering unique wedding experiences to couples.

Last But ABSOLUTELY Not Least, My Village

I'm only as great as my sweet friends, my village. It's such a blessing, especially in this day and age, to have a strong group of women in your corner, constantly cheering you on. Each and every single friend I have made in my lifetime has played a pivotal role in the success of my business.

So to Erica, Caitlyn, Ashley, Ronqiue, Annie, Ariel - there will never be enough words to explain how grateful I am to you for either stepping in front of my camera, sitting in the Texas heat with me on the 4th of July or for giving me your true, unfiltered opinions about this passion of mine.

That's All Folks

So that's me, sans Canon camera. Aside from, hopefully, becoming your go-to photographer, I am a book lover, a student, a marketing girly, a gf, a cat mom and a friend!
